My First Lesson in Young Women

I get to teach my first lesson in Young Women this Sunday. I'm really excited! Since it's the first Sunday of the month, it's a combined lesson. Meaning, I don't teach just the 12&13 y/o girls, but I also am teaching the 14-17 y/o's.

The lesson is on Resisting Sin. I got a really cool handout from www.sugardoodle.net that someone had submitted. They used the analogy of Superman and Kryptonite. Very clever. However, the candy that they used to put in there handout was green rock candy. I don't like rock candy and I really didn't want to hunt any down, so I am using the mint Premium M&M's.
