So Hunter turned 2 on the 12th of May. We went to Planet Pizza and the kids had a blast! It was the coolest place. I couldn't believe there was actually rides in the place. It was like a kicked up Chuck E Cheese. Hunter loved riding everything, except the Pirate Ship. He got so scared. His face was hilarious! I'm a very sensitive mother, can't you tell? LOL
After, Planet Pizza (4 1/2 hrs later), we came home and had Hunter's Strawberry Chocolate Cake from my work. It was so good! Yum! Oh, yeah and Hunter liked it too. I couldn't find any candles at first, so I was going to use 2 wooden skewers, but they wouldn't stay lit. Jim finally found some Christmas looking candles. I'm starting to sound like Lizzy with my preparation skills. Anyway, that was pretty much our day. I have a lot more postings to catch up with so I better move to the next...

That cake looks soooo good! And, yes, you sound like Lizzy. I'm telling you, our parents skewed our thinking. Some might argue that we are totally messed up and beyond help. What are we doing to our kids?
Yes, I agree. Our parents did screw us up. But actually the kids don't really care what the cake looks like, as long as they have the cake and ice cream. They just want sugar sugar suagar
