Just Say "No"

This is a phrase that I desperately need to learn! Maybe if I treated everyone else like I do my husband, this would readily come off my lips... ;-) LOL

Ok, so one of the mom's from Levi's class asked me to be co-room mom. I told her I would be more than happy to help with whatever is needed & I would be at the school often, but I did NOT want to be room mom now or ever! She begged & pleaded, so of course I caved. Ugh, where is my back bone? I'm a sucker for those who need help. It has been ingrained in me since childhood, so of course I blame my parents...thanks, Mom & Pop! Way, to brainwash an Innocent child. ;-)

Anyway, so I go to a 2 hr meeting this past Thurs. at 8:15 in the morning for all the room moms. Come to find out, no one is willing to be room mom in KateLynn's class. What!? So what do I do, yeah you guessed it...I'm now room mom for KateLynn's class too! WOW, people...never say never. Lesson learned...
